ORDER LEAD TIMES:

80% of Non-stock Items ordered by end of day Monday, ship the following Tuesday a week later.

for the 20% of items that take 2-6 weeks, this is due to A) Miami does not have stock, or B) it's made to order and will be specified as made to order. Examples are: Sliding panel displays, vinyl cart covers, custom bin colours (subject to min. order) or ALL large volume orders. Tues-Tues means if you order after NOON on TUESDAY, that's 13 days to ship.

Stock items ship within 2 business days, if this is not possible you will be notified as soon as possible during work hours.

SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping rates are FOB Cambridge, ON. Pricing is based on DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT. Example: a case of QUS240BL stacking bins are 24lb actual, parcel companies cube at 10lb per cubic foot. The box is 18" x 22" x 31" = 12,276 cubic inches, divided by 1cu/ft at 1728 = 7.1 cubic feet OR 71lb DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT. As such the weight of one bin is the dimensional weight of the BOX/CARTON divided by the number of bins in that carton.

ON DISPLAY TO ORDER:

We have a full retail store in Cambridge, ON. Canada. Please come visit us. If we do not have it on hand you can order and pay on site and we will ship it to you using our published rates.

RETURN POLICY:

Plastic bins are fragile, we do the best we can to protect them at time of shipping. If you have received damaged bins AND THE CARTON IS NOT DAMAGED please send only photo of damage. If carton is damaged we need pictures of the carton also as that is a different type of claim.

Returns require an RMA code that can be requested by email, are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipped prepaid back to Quantum Storage Canada.

Physical defect warranty is with Quantum Storage in Miami FL, we will do what we can to assist, but the cost of the freight may outweigh the value of the product.
